well, i am way off track, funny how it seems like i have had more energy at night now that i haven't ran in nearly a week. we are going on a trip tomorrow, hopefully i will have some time to run (although it may be on a treadmill). i have been shooting my bow a little more lately, like i said before, that is a priority over running for now and i have been pretty busy lately. i have not been shooting my bow nearly as much as i want. funny how i was running anywhere from 40 min to just over an hour 3 nights a week and then 2.5-3.5 hours on the weekend and last week i ran 2 nights and none this week and still haven't been able to shoot my bow even 30 minutes every other day. i have just over 2 weeks before i leave for colorado, have to shoot shoot shoot. i will keep you posted.
luckily i have been eating better lately (most likely because emily is on a healthy kick again) so my weight is pretty stable. hopefully on monday i will be able to shoot and run and get back on track. last year i was running about the same and shooting my bow at least every other day. weird how things change.
thought of the day: if you are expending a large amount of energy and then quit expending that much energy, you suddenly have more energy to expend, and i am expent.
