well, i have gotten 4 miles in this week. i should have gotten 13 in by now. i was planning on running 6 miles at lunch today and then had to work right through lunch and then worked until 8 tonight. so no running again today. there are a few rest weeks in my schedule that i think i can use as catch up weeks, however, i don't know what i'm gonna do if i can't get any runs in. i am off tomorrow, so i am gonna get back on my schedule and run 13. hopefully i can get back on schedule and stick to it. i have one weekend i am going to be out of town, so i really have to get serious now.
thought of the day: i might have a really hard time finishing the marathon if i don't quit working so much.
